So now we're gonna focus on some of the most basic punches in boxing. So, first things first is the jab. And the jab is my, left hand for southpaw. It's your right hand so it's the lead hand. So if you're in your boxing stance, it's simply, out, back out and back in straight out and straight in. Make sure that your back hand and stuck by your chin. Your other shoulder is protecting your chin as well. So nothing here is exposed. And you're twisting your hip a small bit. It's as simple as that.
